Your Special Day Recorded Forever

It is surprising how on the most important day of your life you can forget the precious little moments with the passing of time. The day can flash by so quickly and it is difficult to take it all in. With a video of the occasion you can re-run those special moments as often as you want capturing again the excitement and atmosphere of that momentous day. You will be able to send good quality copies to those who couldn’t attend and even have an edited highlights version.

The Company

We have operated at the high end of film production for over seventeen years. Our experience is broad. We produce Commercials, Short Films, Music Films, Feature Trailers and Documentaries.

Coverage

We usually start 1 hour before the ceremony to cover either the brides preparation at home or at the church to see the groom & guests arrive.

If you have childhood video footage or photographs we can include these in the final video edit for you.

Our finished film is not just a record of the day. It is presented like a real movie including titles and slow motion sequences. This is where our experience of operating in the high end of the film industry shows.

Church/Venue

Most churches and venues permit professional video coverage. However, it is your responsibility to gain permissions and any clearances required. With modern cameras we can work discretely during the service.

Outside

After the register is signed we move outside for the photographs. We cover shots of the bridal party and guests. These candid shots can be extremely amusing and add greatly to capturing the ambience of the occasion. Then its into the bridal car and off to the reception.

Reception

The amount of coverage will depend on your choice of unit. We can cover you greeting the guests in the receiving line and follow you in for the wedding breakfast. On completion of the meal we can cover the cake cutting ceremony and speeches. Then it’s into the dancing and the happy atmosphere of the evening.

Completion

The final edited tape will be ready in 2 to 8 weeks depending on demand. The video will have titles and music. The music can be your choice or you can leave it to us. Or of course it could be a combination of both. Extra copies are available and can be ordered on the day or after. We can edit a highlights version and this lasts approximately 15/20 minutes.

Second Camera

We have an optional second camera available. This really opens up coverage at the Ceremony and Reception and is highly recommended.
It also allows of course for simultaneous coverage at the brides home and the grooms arrival at the church.

Payment

Bookings can be confirmed with a deposit. The balance to be paid a week in advance of the big day.
